‘Leadership begins long before election time…’

  • ★ Running as an Independent - I’m not tied to any Municipal party or Unions.

★ Funding this campaign with my limited personal savings - I’ve taken the greatest risk of unpaid leave from work to make a difference

★ Volunteered, scrutinized, and door-knocked for the last three elections – I've been working for our community long before this campaign..

★ Attended the past 4 UCP AGMs as a voting delegate – I go the lions den. I show up when others don’t. I make your voice heard by participating in the democratic process.

  • Proven Experience & Leadership

★ Provincial Leadership: Attended as a voting delegate at four consecutive Provincial AGMs, served as VP of Communications and sat on the local policy team.

★ Policy Development: I have worked with local board members and the community to develop provincial policy ideas that apply at the municipal level.

★ Community Advocacy: Spoken at the Calgary Police Commission on officer safety and community policing with a focus on experience and skills based recruitment.

★ Board Experience: Board member for UCP Calgary Hays Provincial and Calgary Shepherd Board for the Conservative Party of Canada (Federal). Former Copperfield Community Association board member and volunteer.

★ Volunteering. Election scrutineer for recent Provincial Election. volunteered and door knocked in previous three elections across municipal, provincial, and federal levels. Volunteered and helped at Copperfield Community Association Community Clean up, Stampede event and Casino night fundraiser.

  • ★ A International Perspective: Born and raised in United Kingdom. Former British Civil Servant, business management in the private sector worked with entrepreneurs.

★ Real World Expertise: Sector Experience in Government, Business, Banking, Insurance, Grocery, and Data.

★ A Track Record of Action: I don’t complain or sit back. I’m the only candidate doing the work. I propose better ideas, advocate on legislation or policy change, I engage with the boards and commissions and speak up - especially when it’s uncomfortable.

My Vision for Ward 12 and Calgary

I want to make Ward 12 the leading community in Calgary for families, and opportunity.

THE FOUNDATION
It all starts with effective, strong governance, it makes all other values possible. We need leadership and experience that connects policy to outcomes.
This creates a clear direction for better planning and the removal of unnecessary barriers.

WHAT WE NEED
With strong planning, we can focus on the essentials our city depends on:
• Clean, reliable water
• Well-maintained roads
• Efficient public transit
• Safe, welcoming neighborhood's (and dog parks for our four legged friends)

HOW WE BUILD TOGETHER
When the basics are in place, investment and businesses are drawn to our city—creating jobs, supporting families, and strengthening our local economy.
This economic growth generates the revenue we need to reinvest in our communities (and dog parks)
.

OUR LEGACY
We build a city where youth can grow, be inspired to lead, and continue shaping a community we’re all proud to call home (Hey, did I mention more dog parks for our fluffy friends?).

WHY EXPERIENCE MATTERS
To turn this vision into reality, Ward 12 needs a leader with diverse life and work experience across sectors—both local and international to make
informed decisions.

A leader who knows how to navigate complex bureaucracy and deliver meaningful results.

Join me, and let’s set a better example for our youth to aspire to…
